Property Policies for Kaiholo Hale

General Policy

There is a non-refundable $150 initial deposit due at time of booking. The remainder of the 25% deposit must be received 7 days after reservation date. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required 60 days or more prior to arrival date for a deposit refund less a $150.00 cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis less $150.00 cancellation fee when/if the space is re-booked. We STRONGLY recommend that you have travel insurance to protect yourself

If you need a late check out you will have to request one before or on arrival. Late checkouts will be determined by a case by case scenario. Determining factors include, but are not limited to, possibility of booking the night of your checkout, housekeeping schedules, etc. You can guarantee a late checkout by extending your stay to include that night.

Deposit Policy

25% Deposit is due 10 days after confirming reservation. Reservation will automatically cancel if no deposit is received by then.
